Workshops Spring 2010: Series: Homeopathy for the Family In a series of four in-depth workshops participants will learn about useful homeopathic medicines to add to the family medicine chest. We will learn how to treat common childhood and family illnesses such as coughs, ear infections, fever, flu, constipation, as well as minor cuts, burns, bruises, insect bites and strains and sprains. In homeopathy, each medicine is useful for more than one illness; and an in depth understanding of remedies will give you more confidence in selecting them.

Please call to pre-register 613 296-2937 March: Homeopathy for Mother and Child Date - TBA - March 2010 Cost: $15 Location: to be announced Participants will learn about homeopathic remedies that can be used safely to alleviate complaints during pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and beyond. The workshop will be in two parts: Taking care of mom: remedies for nausea, heartburn, back labour, healing after birth, breastfeeding problems, hemorrhoids, and more; learn how professional homeopathy can help with chronic issues from hormonal imbalances to depression. Remedies for children: remedies for colic, sleep problems, thrush, ear infections, colds and flus, constipation, injuries, cuts and burns and more. Learn how professional homeopathy can help with chronic problems from allergies to ADHD. There will be time for questions and answers, and handouts will be given covering the remedies discussed and more! Babies are welcome!
